There are currently two methods you can use to send us files.

1. Upload your File
2. Attach your files to an email
   For files up to 2 megs

Please let us know when your files are uploaded by emailing us at help@Elegancebooks.com or calling us at 1-516-676-5941.

Upload Files
For FTP access your settings should be:
ServerName: ftp://.elegancebooks.com:@ftp.business.earthlink.net
UserName: username.elegancebooks.com
Password: **********
Replace username with your username provided by Elegance Books  
In order to enter this area you need a username and password. If you don't have the password please email sadeq@elegancebooks.com

Attach Your Files to an Email
Feel free to attach your files to an email. Send them to info@Elegancebooks.com. We recommend this method for smaller files. Use the Expert FTP method for large files so you don't tie up your email account during the upload process.

Note: there is a 15 megabyte limit on files sent via email.
